One of our dedicated Inventories 4 You team members will personally meet your tenants at the property, guiding them through the check in process.
We have flexible appointment slots so that check ins can be booked at a specific date and time that is convenient for the tenants.
At check in we photograph all keys that are provided to the tenants, and then ask the tenants to sign for any keys that are exchanged. All keys that are provided to the tenants are detailed on the inventory and check in report.
This step is essential in ensuring that all keys can easily be accounted for at the end of tenancy.
Moving into a new property is an exciting process for a tenant. Inventories 4 You offer an accompanied check in service, to ensure that the move in day goes as smoothly as possible!
Tenants can head straight to their new property, and one of the Inventories 4 You team will be waiting with their keys, ready to check them in.
