During this time they have provided a consistently high standard of service with promptness for inventories, check-ins and check-outs, reports arriving within 48 hours maximum, usually 24, happy to accommodate changes in arrangements or last minute emergencies, always at the end of the phone if you have a query or need help and to top it all the pricing is fair.

At Inventories 4 You we provide high quality property reports including inventory reports, mid term inspections and check out reports to accurately record the condition of a rental property at the start, middle and end of tenancy. We are a Brighton based inventory provider who work with Landlords and Letting Agents across West Sussex and East Sussex. We aim to compile property reports that help protect Landlords from any property damage that could occur during tenancy by compiling detailed inventory and check out reports that are full of high quality photographs.
Similarly, accurate inventory reports, mid term inspections and check out reports can offer the tenant/s peace of mind knowing that the condition of the property they are renting has been accurately recorded at the start and end of their tenancy. At Inventories 4 You not only are our property reports of a high standard, they are also completely unbiased as we are a third party company that doesn't side with the Landlord or the Tenant/s.
Our property reports are compiled using high end software that allows us to collect all the information we need from a property and then present it in one easy-to-read report that gets sent to the client in a .pdf format. The system we use also has a brand new ‘Tenant Portal’ which allows the tenant/s to add amendments to the inventory and then digitally sign the report via a link that gets emailed to the lead tenant. This feature ensures all parties are satisfied with the accuracy of the inventory report which prevents any disputes at the end of the tenancy.
